Q: My computer has recently been infected with this rouge software, i didnt download it, it just appeared one day when i logged in. Does anyone know anyways to get rid of it. Also, links that you send me to wensite do not work .. and i am not allowed to search on google. Help?
A: Download this tool from http://www.download.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html and it will fix it Given you can't go to web, try downloading this from some other computer and run it on your computer. Once you install, let it get updates from website and it will fix cleanly for you Also you can reboot your computer to safe mode with networking (when rebooting press F8 and it will get you this option) and you can install this one. I had couple of staff in my company who got this one and above tool (which is freeware) fixed it nicely Good luck!
