How Do I Get My Microsoft Scanner And Camera Wizard Working?

Q: It used to work but now when I plug in my camera to upload pictures, it opens that box and asks me what I would like to do and when I click the Wizard, nothing happens. The box disappears and nothing happens. How do I get it back working again? It doesn't show under Printers and Scanners.... there's nothing about my camera at all. How did it disappear and how can I get it back?

A: It sounds like the drivers required for your camera are already installed. Plug your in camera and Open up My Computer and see if your camera is in the list of drives as removable disk. If it is you can double click and open your camera or when the options box first pops up select download pictures.
