Q: I have just brought a Brother Multifunction Centre and I have tried connecting it up to my computer so I can use the scanner. Only thing is, it gets as far as 'connect the USB cable to the PC and the machine'. When I do NOTHING happens. I have tried installing and uninstalling, and even changing the ports I plug the USB into and nothing seems to be helping. PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!
A: Try another known good USB device (i.e. USB Drive, Printer, etc). If the USB ports are OK, then Uninstall all Scanner software, Reboot. Reinstall the scanner software, plug in the scanner. Good Luck
