Q: Ok, I've used it once but i pretty much changed all the settings because I was scared. I have photoshop, and so i have a lot of images on my computer, and such. I am scared that CCleaner will delete things I don't want it to, is there any risk of this happening?
A: You can change what programs CCleaner scans but No it shouldn't touch your pictures. CCleaner deletes temporary items such as internet browsing cookies that really aren't needed and any items in the recycling bin. *Edit* Ya don't listen to fightforlife's answer it makes no sense and won't do anything but confuse you
