Q: and it's telling me to connect USB cord and click continue. the cord is connected, but it won't let me click continue. Help?
A: Unplug the USB cord from the computer and plug it back in. If that doesn't work, you'll need to uninstall and reinstall the scanner drivers----BEFORE you plug in the USB cord. Don't plug the scanner into the computer until the installation prompts you to do so.
