A: It won't be a Photoshop file anymore if you convert it though; there'll be a considerable quality loss. Do you mean you have Photoshop 4? I'm not sure if this option is available on such an old version but: 1. Open the file onto Photoshop. 2. Go to File>Save for Web There'll be options there to save as a JPG, which is better than the "Save As" option someone else suggested (it lets you choose the quality of the image whereas "Save As" doesn't).
