Q: I have an HP Scanjet 4470c and periodically I get a pop up saying "Photo Reprint button press" asking what program I would like to associate it with. It won't do anything if I select a random program and when I click cancel, it comes right back. The only way I can get it to stop is to unplug it. I've tried turning the scanner off (it turns itself back on) and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the scanner. Any suggestions?
