Q: I am trying to install Anti-Virus on my Toshiba with Windows XP. There are so many viruses on it. But I can't install cuse it freezes up to fast to actually install it in. I can turn it on in "Safe Mode" but it won't let me install cuse of the System Administers won't let me. I have checked so much to turn it off. What do you suggest I so do?
