Q: I found a abandoned computer next to a farm I took it apart and there was little dust but the cd and floppy drive where facing up and with verry little rain is it possable for some of the internal parts to still work
A: It's a long shot,but may be more trouble than it's worth, if it's really old (and with a floppy drive, it probably is). Hardware goes out of date so fast much of it may be almost useless. The hard drive MAY be useable, but be aware that if you install this into a working unit, it may have 'malware' like virus/spyware, etc. that could get into your good unit. Scan with all available security applications before opening any files, and OVERWRITE 5X to totally clean it before you start using it. Go to 'snapfiles.com/freeware' to get a free utility to do this; look in 'disk maintenance'.
