Q: I have an HP 1315xi all-in-one printer/scanner/copier. Everything else works fine except my scanner. Everytime I try to scan something, the On/Resume light just keeps flashing. What is wrong & how do I fix this without buying a new psc?
A: u havn't installed scanner drivers on pc, it'll just work as photocopier till thn. install scanner features from the cd provided.
