I have pictures on a disc

Q: How do I send them to someone? Tanx I know... insert the disc... Then what? That's as far as I can go.. lol I know... insert the disc... Then what? That's as far as I can go.. lol

A: One way is to use email. Providing the pictures are not that large. Open Explorer. Either by going to Start > Programs or by using the shortcut key. Hold down the Windows key and press E. The Windows key is the key between the Ctrl and Alt buttons. Has a little Windows flag on it. Explorer will open after a few seconds. Your CD drive is most likely drive D. You will see a cd icon in the folder tree in explorer. Click on the CD. Depending on how your View is setup you may need to change it to Thumbnail. In the tool bar where you see File, Edit, View, Favorites... click on View and select Thumbnails. Now you can select the pictures you want to send. Hold down the Control (CTRL) key and keep it down Click once on each picture you want to send. Once you have all the pictures that you want to send selected, let go of the Control key. Move your mouse over just one of the selected pictures and Right-Click the mouse button. On the context menu that appears, select Send To > Mail Recipient. This will open an email message with your pictures attached. You should be able to take it from here. Another way would be to upload them to an online picture repository. Photobucket.com or flickr are two that come to mind. They have complete instructions on their web sites on how to upload and how to share them with others.
