HowDo I PutThe TitlesOn Mp3Cds For Them To Play?

Q: I DID A MP3 CD BUT IT DID NOT PLAY BECAUSE IT SAID IT DID NOT HAVE ANY TITLES.

A: OK it sounds like you made a CD with MP3's is that right? And now you are trying to play it in a regular CD player, right? OK if that's it what you may have done is burn the MP3's to the CD in "data" mode, that will simply put the MP3's on the CD just like a file, a picture, a document, and a regular CD player that does not specifically have MP3 support will not play it and tell you that there's no titles on it Try burning it again, start a new project in "Music" mode this will tell the program to convert the MP3's to CD audio format as it is recording them on the CD, then this will play in any CD player (it will not do anything or convert your MP3's on the hard drive they will remain the same) Note that if you were using the "native burner" in Windows by dragging the MP3's to the CD drive, that won't work either, Windows does not convert them to audio Cd format. Are you using Nero or Roxio, if not you need to buy those, there not free, but here's the same (similar to Nero) thing for free if you need http://cdburnerxp.se/ Now on a side note, a CD player that "does support playing MP3's", on those you can fit 150-180 MP'3 on one disc, they are burned as "data, not music" and then the CD player plays them just like an ordinary MP3 player MP3's are a compressed format, typically about a 9 or 10 to 1 ratio over a song in CD audio format, that's why you can fit 150+ songs as an MP3 CD disc but only 15-20 on an audio CD For all that compression there is a small tradeoff, you lose just a bit of quality, but it is barley, if at all noticeable if the MP3 was ripped and encoded on a good computer
