A: Malware = mal (bad in french) + ware (software) Also called spyware. Basically it's any unwelcome software installed on your computer to track your activities, keystrokes, etc. There are numerous programs to get rid of them. Try Spybot, Adaware (from Lavasoft) and AVG anti-spyware.
