Q: i have a compaq A3000 scanner and printer i installed the software but the scanner wont work it says there is no pc but i hooked it up to the pc so wat should i do??????
A: you may need to download scanner's latest driver for your computer's operating system. hp site has compatible drivers for windows XP, ME, 2000 and 98 for Compaq A3000 All-in-one. call hp if you're running on vista as the printer does not seem to have a driver for vista.
