Q: Everything works perfectly on the printer (printing, photocopying etc) except for the scanner. Whenever the scanner button is pressed, the printer and PC don't respond, its like it doesn't even register. I researched on the web and it just kept saying something about "EPSON TWAIN" ? What is this and do you think it will make the scanner work ?
A: Most likely, the drivers aren't installed correctly or they've become corrupt. My best advice is to get the latest drivers from the Epson site for your operating system, then uninstall the current ones and do a clean install with the fresh files.
