Q: I have an Epson all in one printer/Scanner DX4450. When I try to save a scanned document into a text file all I get is a load of hieroglyphics, Obviously I am doing something wrong, any suggestions?
A: Yes scan it as a OCR and it will put it into whatever word processor you use.
