Q: i have an hp officejet 4200 series printer/scanner. i have the install disk, and i ran it a couple times to make sure i didnt do anything wrong. my printer is working perfectly fine, but the scanner part says that i need to run the software every time i try to scan something, which ive already done about 5 times. ive tried unplugging and replugging the printer/scanner and shutting it off. (didnt work obviously) any help?
