A: If you think it is a yeast infection or hemorrhoids, just sit on the scanner and press scan. Be sure you are connected to your computer with a usb device and the drivers on your computer recognize the scanner. One you scan your affliction you can convert the image to jpeg and the email to your physician. Good luck. Also, wipe off the scanner surface when finished.
