Use this tool. http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039 When you download Att Yahoo Online Protection it will provide you with Norton antivirus and a two way firewall. It will shut off your windows fire wall and may also shut off Windows Defender while it installs. You only want one firewall and Nortons is better. I turn Windows Defender back on after it installs.
