Q: When I scan a document the saved image is much smaller than the scanned document and when anyone receives these images the typing and images are that small they're barely readable. I've tried everything but can't increase the size of the typing and images in the document.
A: It sounds more like a resolution setting for your scanner that is the problem. The scanner software should have adjustments as to how detailed you scan at. I would be setting at least 150dpi or higher.
