Q: Okay, I'm an "artist" and now I'm trying to scan a picture onto my computer. I have a hp psc 1350 (not qutie sure what that is but it sure sounded important) printer/copier/scaner. Which I use to do is just click on the HP Director icon. However it's not doing anything. Also when i click the other icon "HP Image Zone" it says "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application." Which I don't really get other than the 'terminate" part. So could some kind soul help me out PLEASE?
A: Try this, If you are using Adobe Photoshop, just click File > Import > WIA Support... and click Start > Select Scanner, then follow the device scanning wizard. The image will be save on your harddrive usually on my pictures folder (default)
