A: You might have better luck with a free product from Trends Micro. Download the sysclean package and the damage cleanup engine / template. You can then copy these to a CD and run them from a dos prompt within Windows within safe mode. This program will scan and remove any virus and trojan horse you have. But, you also might want to try Spybot Search and Destroy to see if you have spyware which runs in safe mode just fine.
