Q: i have upgraded my desktop to XP PRO and no can not scan to my desktop. ERROR Message. not connected correctly
A: hi dear. try to install ur device driver correctly. input ur device cd in ur cd rom and install its programs. if ur problem exist try to change ur USB port (if ur scanner is working with usb). if ur prob exist mail me. GL
