Q: Hello, I want to scan my photos but they keep coming out just photo size and I want them bigger on screen. I am currently using ULead photo express 4.0SE
A: Microsoft office picture manager is a program almost everyone has. You can resize pictures realy easy. But I guess you don't want the quality to change, here are some links I found, but I recommend you looking for: "resize without losing quality" in google or another search engine.
