Q: my sister got rid of her computer and gave me her scanner/printer. it's an epson stylus CX3810. it won't let me install it because it says my computer doesn't have the hardware for it. cause she lost the disk for it that had the hardware on it. is there anywhere on the internet that i can download the hardware? again it's an epson stylus cx3810. please help me i always choose a best answer
A: go to www.epson.com, you will find the software there, usually under the "software and drivers" area. DISCONNECT the scanner and installed the software, normally achieved by double-clicking the "exe" file you downloaded. Then reconnect.
