Q: I have a HP PSC 1610 All in One Printer and just recently when I scan a picture there is a green band that runs vertically through the picture. It's not the cartridge because the green band is on the image when I view it on my computer. What does this mean? I tried HP support but they were no help.
A: turn off printer, Scan your pic again. Otherwise unplug your printer and plug it back in from your printer(1st computer off).
