Q: I have a new dell computer and the officejet 6310 but its not allowing me to scan some pictures. A message pops up saying, Refer to device documentation to troubleshoot then press ok. I have no idea what to do. Step by step tell me the direction prosses on scanning. Thank you an let me know soon!! O and thanks again!!
