Q: Im working on scanning in a stack of old magazines into PDFs and would like any advice or tips before i start. any suggestions for dpi? to high slow to load, to small not a good printout? any other advice?
A: For the web: 70-100 DPI For re-printing: 300-600 DPI If you are posting them you could get into serious copyright infringement. Old or not, its a small world.
