Why does my computer unable to communicate with my CANON MP460 Multifunction scanner?

Q: I can print, copy, but there were trouble with my scanner..

A: Sounds like everything is working except the scanner. Suggest you download the manual and insure the system is setup and properly configured. If no resolution is created then uninstall the driver, reboot the computer and reinstall the Driver and configure in Accordance with the Manuals.
