Q: I am wandering if anyone would be willing to pay $50.00 for a downgrade on a new pc. The down grade is to install windowes XP instead of takeing the Vista os installed? A: I wont buy a pc with vista on it , if the can not or will not install XP i either wont buy the pc or i'll have them send it to me with NO OS on it and i'll install xp on it my self
