Q: The computer prints, and copies but it will not scan, when I push scan to it says 1. Select computer 2. HP Instant Share 3.Memory Card but 2. and 3. don't let me go to them, and when I click 1. it says No Scan Options. You need to install or run HP software for this feature Press OK to continue. So I go and install HP Image Zone/Photo and Imaging Unexpected Internal Error and Communications Failure Patch but my computer says, : Completed. Please retry the scan. If fails again, please contact HP support. and nothing changes, so if you could help me that would be hunky dory
