Q: I am trying to scan pictures onto my mac from my H P photosmart printer, but every time I try it says "USB not Connected" I can print fine so i know the connection is working...it is just the scanning that isnt connecting PLEASE HELP i have tried reinstalling the disc that came with it but it still isn't working
A: try installing again if that doesn;t work then u may need a mac printer
