Q:
A: I will scan documents I might or will use in the future and storage away for use completing my data that will not change. This allows me to pull the document back up later, fill in the variable data and send the document out. In some cases just change the date, attach an additional sheet for variable information and you are finished. Be sure the scan is good, not a bunch of smudges and you are ready to go. Personally, I like to keep everything as a PDF. I Hope this Helps.
