Q: i put the paper in just like i usualy do and then hit scan...but not it only scans part of the page... ive tried moving the paper all around the scanner but it willnot get the full page.. its only a 8x11 piece of paper and ive never had problems before any guesses? Thanks in advance
A: Could you provide a Model and software you're using to scan? Just as a thought it sounds like it may be related to Memory or Memory Configuration. I Hope this Helps!
