Q: I cannot get the TMA to work - i have tried going to hp.com,etc, and nothing is fixing it. Everytime i go to scan the negatives, it says the TMA is not set up correctly, to remove orginal prints from glass, and try again. PLEASE help me ; there is no manual, so I'm not even sure the negatives are put in correctly ! HELP ?!
