A: 1- I think you did not install the graphic driver. Check if you have installed all the drivers properly. 2- Check you computer specifications and the software requirements and make sure that they meet. 3- If it is a fake copy, it could be detected by Adobe or it could be corrupted. I think these are all the possibilities.
