Is there a scanner program that removes the white border of a scanned computer image?

Q: A program that does not crop the picture. I am talking about the white border ONLY; such when there are borders on the picture. But these borders on the picture are cut slanted on one side. THANKS

A: To remove the White Border I share the opinion of the other people in that when you scan the picture, you should have an option to select the area to scan. By adjusting the area to eliminate the white border the issue is resolved. Alternatively, a picture can be saved as a .gif file. Next modify the picture so the color White is Transparent, you effectively remove the white border however this is not the recommended manner as other location with white may also be transparent and could mess up the picture.
