Q: I just bought a scanner from someone and it works, but there are big vertical streaks through the picture. I cleaned off the screen and that didn't help. Did I get sold a piece of junk?
A: It sounds like possibly internal problems. You can try to take it apart and look. Or maybe it is your printer that be dirty.
