I can't get my PIXMA MP150 printer to scan properly. It says the driver isn't installed and to retry.?

Q: Even though the program is installed properly it won't work anymore. It uses the MP Navigator 2.0 program to scan and now the program won't work. Any ideas? I've tried downloading the driver from the internet, still won't work. I run Windows Vista also and thought maybe that made a difference. I have no idea. Any ideas?

A: Log on as an administrator, uninstall all software/drivers for the scanner and unplug from the PC. Restart PC and download the drivers from a different site (the last d/l may have been corrupted). Install drivers/software and re connect scanner when prompted to do so. Restart PC.
