Q: If your printer has a scanner, how do you copy documents(text) onto Microsoft Office Word 2007, as a readable document and not as a photo image? Thanks very much
A: You need Optical Character Recognition software (OCR) which your scanner may have come with. Otherwise it is just a photo image. OCR is not perfect, you may have to do a little editing after you scan the document.
