A: Yes. It's all spyware and adware. The trouble is some downloaded programs might not work if they were bundled with it. If this is the case you have to decide whether you want the program bad enough to keep the spyware installed. I would always say delete anything spybot finds as a safe bet. You can always find alternate programs, generally it's only free software that will have spyware in it anyway.
