Q: It works on my other computer but that one won't turn on today. I finally have it hooked up but now I cant figure out how to get to the part that shows you're scanning or printing. It's an Epson Stylus CX5000 if that helps. I've tried going into control panel and it's not working, I also tried going in to properties and settings. Any tips? Also, the computer has vista, if that means anything. Please and thanks! =) I've looked all over the house I can't find the CD. aghhhh. I hate computers sometimes!!
A: If you have a software disk with your scanner, try reinstalling the software. Or, you should see something like scanner, if you go on My Computer. If you see that, click on that. Or else, look up if any codes or wires is loose connection or not connected.
