Q: I don't have the original disk anymore and downloaded the new drivers but it still doesn't work?
A: Did you install the drivers before plugging the scanner in? Sometimes, especially with older USB equipment, that can cause the drivers to fail to install correctly. Visit the HP forum and see if anyone else has had the same problem, or maybe a solution to it. JBV^_^
