Q:
A: If you have the All-In-One software installed select it from your start menu, and go from there. I actually had to install it by clicking OPEN then navigating to the AIO file. It was located under Applications. Clicked on it's own install icon THEN it installed the program. When I first ran the disk 'automatically' it only installed the drivers. So instead I started poking around inside the disk, and found it. Another option for you is to go to Control Panel. Click on Scanners and Cameras. Click on your scanner. It should launch Windows' Scanner and Camera Wizard. If your scanner is installed you should be able to proceed from there.
