Q: The scanner use to work and now when I want to scan a photo the screen above the button on the printer says Scanning to File, but nothing shows up in the computer. Does anybody know why it's like this?
A: Hi You probably require the latest driver for the A940. You can find it here: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&ServiceTag=&SystemID=PRN_ALL_A940&os=WW1&osl=en&catid=&impid= Select your version of Windows on the drop down menu, and download all drivers and firmware available. Then restart your machine and it should work fine :) HTH, Deep
