Q: When i connect it to my computer with the USB cord, and it uploads, it uploads as a corrupted file thats 0 KBs. How do i save it as a normal file thats not corrupted? It's a video i'm saving by the way.
A: is it a scanner or a camera? If it's a camera plug it in and open the camera from mycomputer, you should see all the images. If not, make sure you have installed the disc. If it's a scanner did you use the install disc? If so, you probably installed it wrong, unplug the scanner and remove the programs from the control panel, read and follow the instructions. Also if none of these work check the manufactures websites for updates to the program. more info you have would greatly help though (i.e. operating system, type of hardware you are referring too) But good luck
