A: Almost any image file program will do what you need. I think that maybe you are not looking in the right place. Look under import in what ever image program you use (Paint Shop Pro, Adobe Photoshop). Word even has this ability. If you do not have anything like these programs try Irfanview. It is a free download and very easy to use, I would highly recommend it.
