A: Yep, Take it to get repaired at a shop, it wont be possible to fix yourself, Needs some parts replacing ( can't quite think of the name!) Basically, the printer has a roll that gets magnetically charged, + (positive) for example, the ink is - (negative) so it sticks to the roll in the printer mechanism, so there is a fault with that, hence the line! Hope you can understand, im not the best at explaining things.
