A: you can go to radio shack they might show you how to program it they also sell the frequency book or go on computer type in police scanner frequency then pick your state and township you live in if the frequency 154.1300 need to put it in that way if i can help i will .to program older bearcat or radio shack scanners need to push #1 then program enter the frequency then push enter then push #2 and do the same way till you get all them programed if that don't work i need to know what kind of scanner you have
