Q: I ve tried sevaral method. but yet it is not working. I did trid to remove it but it cannot be removed. I did tried to restore it but could n't. Now I really dont know how to remove it and reinstall another. I ve tried to remove from contol panel. show me other way. thank you.
A: If you are using Norton Antivirus 200x, then I suggest you to download a special program from Symantec to uninstall it cleanly. Otherwise, please indicate what software you are working on so that other Yahoo! member can help you out of it.
